2008.01 - Conquering Capones Island

Day 2: It was the middle of the day and still we trudged our feets under the scorching sun just to make it up the lighthouse. Halfway there, nearing feelings of regrets, its towering facade greeted us. A welcome sight for our already parched throats and suntanned backs. Well worth the trip! 2008.01 - Getting Acquainted with Anawangin

One of my favorite places in the world, a cove located in Pundakit (Pundaquit) beach, San Antonio, Zambales. This is where i run too when i want pure isolation. No electricity + no cellphone signal + basic necessities + good company = the perfect way to relax when things are getting way too much over your head ^__^.

Oh the greediness of you

Why would she want to run again? Now for a prime-ministerial position? Doesn't she feel tired already? I would at the state the country is running at her helm.

Why, why o why? She can't be that greedy right? And it's definitely not one for the patriotism file.

Arroyo, please don't run anymore. Rest. Be a mom, a grandma... and put that husband of yours on a leash so no more shame comes to the name your dad so grandly left to you on his deathbed.

Okay this sucked.

My first attempt to start a 364-something project is pretty much down the drain.

I have nothing to post to sustain it! But i really want to do one...

Heck. Guess it's back to square 1. Wish i'd get some idea what to do next...

Love Padlocks

No, i'm not saying i love padlocks.

Quoting wikipedia, Love-padlocks is a custom where sweethearts affix padlocks to a fence or public fixture to symbolize their love.

Cute concept ey? This started in Pecs, Hungary in 1980s, and have been found around the world including Latvia and Guam. This i took in Florence, Italy, near Ponte Vecchio (read that lovers then throw the key in the nearby Arno river). However, despite the 'love' behind this move, local authorities don't seem to advocate them (for example).

Maybe we should start one sa Pinas... but then again, with people stealing lamp posts and bridge fences,
they may not last very long. Still, it's a cute concept.
